Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department issued a warrant to an adult male that was taken into customer at the Sheboygan County Detention Center last week.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a civil dispute in the 300 block of Western Avenue.

SFPD officers conducted a theft investigation in the 100 block of School Street.

Officers with the SFPD carried out a fraud investigation in the 600 block of Aspen Grove.

SFPD officers warned a pet owner in regard to an animal running at large in the 800 block of Buffalo Street.

Officers with the SFPD issued several warnings for being in Rochester Park after hours.

An adult female taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, bail jumping, third offense operating an auto without a driver’ license and active arrest warrants in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

SFPD officers assisted the Portage County Sheriff’s Department with an active investigation in the 400 block of Giddings Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD conducted a check welfare investigation in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

A 19-year-old man was issued a traffic citation for absolute sobriety and underage transporting intoxicants in a motor vehicle along County C.

The SFPD conducted a damage to property investigation in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

Officers with the SFPD carried out a public nuisance investigation in the 100 block of Sixth Street.

SFPD officers carried out a suspicious person investigation in the 1000 block of Falls Parc Drive.

Officers with the SFPD conducted a check welfare investigation in the N5000 block of Big Bend Lane.

An adult male received a warning for disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Falls Parc.

Devin M. Henry, 30 of Sheboygan Falls was charged with six counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor contact after domestic abuse arrest, felony substantial battery, felony strangulation and suffocationdomestic abuse and misdemeanor battery in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Friday, Sept. 16.

The charges stem from an alleged physical altercation at a residence in the 400 block of Giddings Avenue Tuesday, Sept. 13.

The six counts of Class H felony bail jumping each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The three counts of misdemeanor contact after domestic abuse arrest carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony substantial battery charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six month, or both, if convicted.

The Class H felony strangulation and suffocation charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor battery charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following calls between Sept. 12 and Sept. 19.

* 400 block of Westwood Avenue for a home filled with smoke due to a stove burner.

* 900 block of Hamann Drive for a semi trailer fire.
