Juli Ann Baird, age 47, of Sheboygan, on October, 14, 2016, the Lord wrapped his arms around another angel and called her home to no more pain and suffering, after a 7-year battle with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer at the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice Facility in Sheboygan Falls.

She was born in Plymouth on September 3, 1969, a daughter of John “Max” and Kathy (nee Buenzow) Baird.

Juli attended St. John Lutheran Grade School in Plymouth and was a 1987 graduate of Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School.

She was employed at Kohler Co. for 16 years until she retired due to her health conditions. Juli was also a very active union member of the UAW 833, serving as President of the Women’s Committee.

Juli was an avid Packer fan and went on many Packer trips with her friends.

She volunteered as a Big Sister in the Big Brother/Big Sister program and was also involved in her nephew’s school with Reading Partners and helping out in the lunchroom.

Juli was of strong faith and family was very important to her. She helped so many people in time of need in spite of her own illness, she was always there to help somebody else. As her words were so many times, “I AM FINE,” even when she didn’t feel well. She has touched so many lives in her own way and peaceful at times with her thoughts, but SPUNKY when she wanted to be.

She is survived by her parents: John “Max” and Kathy Baird of Sheboygan; Sister: Jodi (Doug) Damrau of Sheboygan; Loving nephew: Ethan Damrau; and her fur babies: Macey and Bailey.

Juli is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Paul and Charlotte (nee Braeger) Buenzow, paternal grandparents: John and Audrey (nee Crane) Baird, Loving great aunt: Margaret Braeger, and Uncle: Charles (Bennie) Baird.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday (October 22, 2016) at 11:00 A.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Rev. James Hartman, Pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sheboygan will officiate. Burial will take place at the Lutheran Cemetery in Sheboygan.

Visitation will take place at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth on Friday (October 21) from 3:00-7:00 P.M. and again on Saturday (October 22) from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services.
