HAROLD KLEINHANS

Harold “Happy” Kleinhans, 91, of Plymouth, WI passed away Friday morning (October 21, 2016) at Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility.

He was born on February 2, 1925 in Town of Sheboygan Falls, WI., a son of the late Arno and Marie Heberer Kleinhans.

Harold attended Acorn Grade School in Town of Sheboygan Falls.

On September 18, 1954 he married Florence Jung at Salem United Church of Christ in Plymouth. The couple has resided in the Plymouth area since their marriage.

He was employed at Borden Foods Company in Plymouth for 40 years retiring in 1990. In retirement he worked at Sheboygan County Fairgrounds, Plymouth Wreath Factory and at Colonial Columns in Plymouth.

Harold was a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Plymouth and was a former member of Plymouth Snow Rangers Snowmobile Club.

He enjoyed fishing, walking and playing sheepshead.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years: Florence of Plymouth; Two sons: Kenneth Kleinhans and Richard Kleinhans both of Plymouth; One brother: Willard Kleinhans of Sheboygan Falls; One sister-in-law: Gloria J. Kleinhans of Plymouth; and Two brothers-in-law: Milford (Gladys) Jung of Saukville, WI, and David Grimm of Black River Falls, WI.

He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Merlin and his twin brother Arnold, an infant sister, sistersin law: Hilda (Jerome) Kornetzke, Carol Grimm, and Esther (Mike) Schrader; brothers-in-law: Clarence (Vera) Bub and Marvin (Elaine) Jung.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday (October 26, 2016) at 7:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Dale Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Zoar-Salem UCC Cemetery in Town of Rhine.

Visitation will take place at the Suchon Funeral Home on Wednesday (Oct. 26) from 3:00 P.M. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund is being established in Harold’s name.
