Packer pig roast funds community projects

The Sheboygan Falls Kiwanis Club will host their annual Packer Pig Roast fundraiser on Sunday, October 30th at The Village at 170 (formerly known as the Range Line Inn), located at 170 Range Line Road in Kohler.

The Packer Pig Roast is an annual tradition where the community comes together to enjoy a delicious pulled pork meal with all the trimmings and to socialize with friends and family and cheer on the Green Bay Packers.

This year, the event will take place in the big hall. Big screen TVs will show the Packers take on the Atlanta Falcons. The meal will be served starting at 11am, and kickoff is at noon. Tickets are $15 each and include a meal, sides, dessert, and the chance to win a pair of Packers tickets and other cash prizes.

Tickets can be purchased from any Kiwanis member, at Chamber-Main Street office located at 504 Broadway, at Wisconsin Bank & Trust located at 1160 Fond du Lac Avenue, or at the door.

Attending guests can participate in raffles, drawings, and an extensive selection of silent auction items. This year there will be a Halloween table decorating contest, with prizes being awarded at halftime. And, of course, the centerpiece of the event: one attendee will win a pair of Packers tickets for the Packers versus the Houston Texans on December 4th. The entire event helps to raise money to support Kiwanis’ efforts throughout the year – including such projects as the tree nursery, iPads for children with autism, the “Ton of Food” food pantry drive, Operation Christmas Child, scholarships and more. If you have questions, you can email the Sheboygan Falls Kiwanis Club at or contact the event chair Randy Meyer at 920-467-6625.
