Three Prevea health centers add mental care services

Residents living in and near the communities of Plymouth, Oostburg and Kohler now have more access to high-quality, mental health care services close to home.

On Nov. 1 Prevea Behavioral Care services were added at Prevea Plymouth Health Center, Prevea Oostburg Health Center and Prevea Kohler Health Center.

“Mental health is just as important as our physical health and often times, one can be affected by the other,” said Paula Manley, Executive Director of Prevea Behavioral Care.

“Family or primary care ex- perts who work at Prevea health centers in Plymouth, Oostburg and Kohler can now work more closely and efficiently with mental health care experts to get patients the care they need.”

Referrals from a primary care provider are not necessary to see a Prevea Behavioral Care provider. Patients can call to make an appointment with one of four mental health care experts now seeing patients in Plymouth, Oostburg and Kohler.
