Bernard J. “Bundy” Lorenz, 89, of Plymouth and formerly of Kohler died on Friday afternoon, November 4, 2016 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.

Bundy was born on October 6, 1927 in Kohler, the son of Charles and Marie (Kampman) Lorenz. He was united in marriage to Shirley (Polzin) Rosenthal on June 2, 1978 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church in Kohler.

Bundy is survived by his wife, Shirley of Plymouth; a step-daughter, Stacey (Brad) Hibbard of Plymouth; two stepsons, Steven (Ardis) Rosenthal of Plover and Tim (Cindy) Rosenthal of Sheboygan; many step grandchildren and great grandchildren, all who loved him dearly. He is further survived by two brothers, Leo Lorenz of Sheboygan and Joseph (Terry) Lorenz of Rhode Island; two sisters-inlaw, Delores Lorenz of Arizona and Gloria Lorenz of Sheboygan; many nieces and nephews.

Bundy was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister, and two brothers, Donald and Charles Lorenz.

“Remember me not for what I have done; there were no trophies that I had won,

Remember me rather with a crooked smile; because I had fun for a little while.”

Bundy has been blessed and ministered to. There will be no public services. All the hurt and pain are gone, and everything is “fine”. Surely, God will treasure this dear man as we all did.

“I’m a wink away.”

A memorial fund is being established in his name.
