An adult male was transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on felony charges of uttering and issuance of worthless checks in the 300 block of Buffalo Street. .

An adult male was issued a criminal traffic citation for operating a motor vehicle after license revocation on State 32 at Crocker Avenue.

The SFPD conducted a suspicious person investigation in the 100 block of School Street.

David L. Piedot, 24, of Waldo was charged with felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing injury and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The charges stem from an accident in the town of Plymouth on Nov. 8.

The Class H felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing injury charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked charge carries a fine of not more than $2,500 or imprisonment of not more than one year in county jail, or both, if convicted.

Paul Rossey, 34, of Plymouth was charged with felony issuance of a worthless check in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Tuesday, Nov. 8.

The charge stems from an incident at a financial institution in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Oct. 20.

The Class I felony issuance of a worthless check charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or not more than three years and six months in prison, or both, if convicted.
