KATHLEEN A. HUPF

Kathleen A. Hupf, age 73, of Sheboygan Falls, WI died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Sharon S Richardson Hospice after a 5-year long battle with liver cancer with her family by her side.

She was born Kathleen A Kleist on July 12, 1943 in Portage, WI to the late Donald and Esther (Hiller) Kleist. She graduated from Portage High School in 1961.

On April 24, 1965, she married Charles J. Hupf at St. Mary’s, Portage, WI. They were married for 51 years.

Kathleen worked at Regal Ware in Kewaskum and later for Lensmire and Tupper Cheese. She also drove school bus for the Plymouth School District for many years.

Kathy was an avid snowmobiler for the Parnell Moonshiners. She loved to go camping with the family and friends. Participated in Roller Dancing competition with her husband Charles where they placed third in 1965 in the Wisconsin/ Upper Michigan Division. She collected Pillsbury doughboys and loved to do crafts. She liked fishing and biking the Wisconsin trails.

Kathy was a Catechism teacher for the 1st and 2nd graders at St Michael’s in the Town of Michell along with being a special Eucharistic minister.

Survivors include her Husband: Charles; Daughters: Patti (Tristan) Warn and Theresa (Robert) Sabrowsky; Grandchildren: Bradley (Nicole) Schroeder, Elizabeth (Tom Lind) Schroeder, Joshua (Elizabeth) Schroeder, Richard Schroeder, Dunkan Warn, Tiana Sabrowsky and Rhena Sabrowsky; Great-grandchildren: Isla Schroeder and Wynter Schroeder.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and an infant son.

Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday (December 10, 2016) at 1:30 P.M. at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church in Eden. Father Mark Jones will officiate. Visitation will take place at the church on Saturday (Dec. 10) from 12 Noon until the time of services.

Private Family Inurnment will take place at the St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Mitchell.
