County chamber launches new website

The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce launched its new website on Monday, Dec. 12 with a virtual “ribbon cutting” that created a spike in online traffic.

The new website was developed in partnership with Sun Graphics Media in Plymouth. The site is intuitive and easy to navigate, sharing the chamber’s complete lineup of programs, services and member benefits, all in a format that’s user-friendly across many platforms.

Jane Brill, marketing and program director, said the new website’s rebranding includes modern logos and fresh colors, indicative of the Chamber’s ongoing mission of offering members the most current information needed to grow their businesses.

“Our First Friday Forums and Focal Point programs educate and inform hundreds annually, and Leadership Sheboygan County, Deep Dive 1.5 and Roundtables offer rewarding networking opportunities,” Brill said. “The website highlights our many member bene- fits and sponsorship opportunities.”

The chamber has almost 1000 members who rely on it to increase the economic vitality and the wellbeing of the business climate in Sheboygan County, including 90 businesses that joined in 2016.

The new website plays a vital role in this process, serving as a central hub for all members.

Justin Webb, owner of Sun Graphics Media, said the site was designed from a mobile-first philosophy, the users of which comprise a large demographic of chamber visitors each month.

“We revamped the design with a more intuitive layout that is fully responsive across all mobile devices, literally putting the whole of the Sheboygan County Chamber at your fingertips,” he said.
