Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a report of a suspicious person in the W2000 block of Old County Road PP.

SFPD officers conducted a theft of property investigation in the 100 block of North Main Street.

The SFPD is investigating the assault of a juvenile male in the 800 block of Detroit Street.

An adult male was issued ordinance traffic citation for first offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of Intoxicants in the 300 block of Pine Street.

An adult female was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct domestic violence related and criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Fond du Lac Ave.

An adult male was taken into custody and turned over to the Sheboygan Police Department for an assault investigation in the 300 block of State Street.

A traffic stop on State 28 resulted in an adult male being taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of possession of THC, ordinance traffic citation for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and a probation violation.

SFPD officers conducted a check welfare investigation in the 500 block of Richmond Street.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a suspicious person in the 500 block of Bluebill Lane.

A traffic stop in the 100 block of Guilford Street resulted in an adult male being taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on active arrest warrants, misdemeanor charges of possession of schedule two controlled substance, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SFPD officers investigated a motor vehicle accident in the W2000 block of Old County Road PP.

Officers with the SFPd conducted a harassment investigation in the 100 block of Giddings Avenue.

A traffic stop resulted in an adult male being issued an ordinance traffic citation for first offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants in the 1000 block of Broadway Street.

An adult male received ordinance citations for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Woodview Avenue.

SFPD officers investigated a personal injury motor vehicle crash on State 32 at Van Engen Court.

An adult male was issued traffic citations for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions and possessing an expired registration.

Peter Michael Mohr, 34, of Menasha was charged with misdemeanor possession of THC (marijuana) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Friday, Dec. 9.

The charges stem from a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Dec. 8.

The misdemeanor possession of THC (marijuana) charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

Justin P. Nierode, 30, of Kohler was charged with misdemeanor resisting an officer and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Dec. 5.

The Class A misdemeanor resisting an officer charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine month, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.
