Pine Haven plans series of classes

Pine Haven Christian Communities has announced their Learning For Life events schedule for 2017.

“We want to give back to the community, by creating a schedule of events for the public to attend where they can learn something new. After all, you’re never too old to learn,” said Pine Haven’s director of marketing & community outreach, Karin Oliver-Kreft.

“We work with so many people and organizations with enormous levels of expertise in a great number of different areas, that it made sense to bring it all together as learning that benefits the community as a whole. Our plan is to have a wide variety of topics throughout the year, so that they’ll be of interest to as many people as possible.”

With one event each month, the 2017 calendar is booked through most of the year, with only a few months still being finalized. Days and times of events vary, to help more people attend throughout the year. Events are free to attend, and refreshments will be served.
