New officers sworn in

The two newest members of the Plymouth Police Department, officers Gregory Kost (left) and Benjamin Jeanty (right) , were officially sworn in by City Clerk/Treasurer Patty Huberty during Tuesday’s City Council meeting. Jeanty and Kost, both from the Kiel area, are currently completing their training with the department, according to Police Chief Jeffrey Tauscheck. “The sad part is, I’ve been on the (police) force longing than they’ve been alive,” Tauscheck, who has been with the department since 1980, joked.
