Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department forwarded information to the Sheboygan Police Department for a followup investigation in response to a reported sexual assault of a child in the 800 block of Buffalo Street.

An adult male was taken into custody on a misdemeanor theft by fraud charge, after counterfeit money was allegedly received by a cashier in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Officers with the SFPD carried out a fraud investigation in the 10000 block of Happy Lane.

SFPD officers conducted a check welfare investigation in the 600 block of North Main Street.

An adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on active arrest warrants in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Two adult females were warned for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Evans Court.

A male juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Juvenile Detention Center on an active apprehension request in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

SFPD officers conducted a motor vehicle crash investigation in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Department of Social Services with a case in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

The SFPD assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with K-9 unit deployment in the 3000 block of South Taylor Drive.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan Falls Fire Department with a fire alarm in the 1200 block of Pine Haven Lane.

An adult male was transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on a misdemeanor charge of possession of schedule two narcotics and violating conditions of parole on Summer Street at Giddings Avenue.

An adult male was issued an ordinance traffic citation for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants in the 300 block of Bluebird Lane.

SFPD officers responded to a report of an adult male attempting to enter an unoccupied residence through a window at a residence in the city.

An investigation revealed that the subject was working for a contracted foreclosure company.

An adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of possession of schedule two narcotics and possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

William Henry Launer, 49, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Feb. 6.

The charge stems from an incident on Saturday, Feb. 4, in which Launer allegedly attempted to record his 15-year-old daughter while she took a shower at a residence in the 700 block of Woodview Avenue.

The Class A misdemeanor charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Jonathan D. Braatz, 21, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemenaor resisting an officer and misdemeanor possesssion of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of THC (marijuana) in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Feb. 6.

The charges stem from a traffic stop in the 200 block of Leavens Avenue on Saturday, Feb. 4.

The Class A misdemeanor resisting an officer charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possessio of a controlled substance charge carries a fine of not more than $5,000, imprisonment of not more than one year, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment of not more than six months, or both, if convicted.

Karen Elizabeth Helbach, 50, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with two counts of felony identity theft-financial gain and one count of felony theft of movable property in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Friday, Jan. 27.

The two counts of Class H felony identity theft-financial gain each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, imprisonment of not more than six ¥ears, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony theft of movable property charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

Brandon M. Weber, 37, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony physical abuse of a childintentionally causing bodily harm Thursday, Feb. 2.

The Class H felony physical abuse of a child-intentionally causing bodily harm charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

Gabrielle Krueger, 18, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with Class A misdemeanor retail theft in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Jan. 30.

The charge stems from an alleged incident at a retail store in Sheboygan on Sunday, Jan. 29.

The Class A misdemeanor retail theft charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Rudolph J. Benirschke, 25, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conductdomestic abuse in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Feb. 6.

The Class B misdemeanor disroderly conduct-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.
