Kenneth H. Baumann, age 83, of Plymouth, WI, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday (March 10, 2017).

He was born on May 30, 1933 in the Town of Plymouth, a son of the late Alfred and Eva (Rickmeier) Baumann.

Kenneth attended Plymouth area Grade Schools and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1951.

On September 11, 1954, he married Dorothy Stauss. The Couple resided in Elkhart Lake until moving to Plymouth in 1963.

He worked at the Kohler Company for 41 years, retiring in 1995.

Kenneth was a former member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in the Town of Russell and presently was a member of Salem United Church of Christ.

He was a member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club.

Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, camping, NASCAR racing and spending time with his precious family.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Dorothy of Plymouth; Two sons: Dale (Kathy) Baumann of Elkhart Lake, Kim (Kay) Baumann of Plymouth; Two daughters: Karen (Dan) Luedtke of Oostburg, Debbie (Richard) Nennig of School Hill; Ten grandchildren; Twelve Great-Grandchildren and one on the way; Two brothers: Earl Baumann of Plymouth, Robert (Barbara) Baumann of Sheboygan; One sister: Marion (Edmund) Schulz of Ada; Three Sisters-inlaw: Delores Bohrmueller of Plymouth, Lois Schuricht of Kiel, Audrey Baumann of Black Creek.

Kenneth is preceded in death by: His parents; Two sisters: Ruth (Waldemar) Stroshane and Eleanor (Reinhold) Herzog; Three brothers: Milton (Verona) Baumann, Victor (Lauretta) Baumann, Alfred Baumann.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday Evening (March 14, 2017) at Salem United Church of Christ in Plymouth at 6:00 P.M. Rev. James Hoppert, Pastor of the Church officiated. Burial will be in the Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.

Friends could call at the church on Tuesday (March 14) from 2:30 P.M. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Kenneth’s name.
