Let’s go climb a tree

Children - and more than a few adults - had a chance to climb trees in City Park Tuesday as the Sheboygan County Family Nature Club held a tree climbing program for the public. Utilizing ropes hung in several larger trees, climbers wearing harnesses and helmets could ascend up the trees, swing, spin, hang upside down or do whatever they were moved to do. Those who wanted to keep their feet on the ground could try their hand at nature-themed craft activities provided by the club and their partners, Bookworm Gardens.
