Antonio M. “Tony” Michalski, 53, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Wednesday (April 12, 2017) after a courageous 14-month battle with pancreatic cancer.

He was born on December 8, 1963, son of Christine (Folz) Michalski and the late Gerald Michalski.

Tony attended Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah Grade School and High School, graduating in 1982.

On April 4, 1997, he married the love of his life Verna M. Adkins, who meant the world to him. There isn’t anything that Tony and Verna didn’t do together.

Tony worked at Main Tape in Plymouth for many years, as well as Sargento Foods for 4 years.

He was a very active person who lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to garage sales and Goodwill with his wife. He also enjoyed spending time with his nine grandchildren. He had a very special bond with his grandson Ryan, who he was a father figure to over the past six years.

Tony also loved his mother dearly and always made sure she was doing well. He was a handyman and would do anything for anyone. He will be remembered forever by many.

Survivors include: His loving wife: Verna of Sheboygan Falls; Children: Jason Adkins of Sheboygan Falls, Charles (Jaime) Adkins of Waldo, and Sarah Adkins (friend: Jordan Hoeft) of Sheboygan; Nine Grandchildren: Hayven, Lilly, Joey, Jeremy, Charlie, Miles, Forrest, Ryan, and Anthony; Mother: Christine Michalski of Plymouth; Brothers: Gary (Jan) of Mt. Horeb, WI, Lonnie (Paula) of Sheboygan; Sisters: Nancy (Jeff) Keller of Waldo, Geri (Brian) Enright of Campbellsport, Cindy Michalski (friend: Tony Warren) of Milwaukee, and Jeanne Falk of Plymouth. Three brothers-in-law: Billy Collins, Robert Collins, and Ron (Tricia) Collins; Three sisters-in-law: Marcy (Frank) Ondrovich, Shannon (David) Lowery, and Eugenia Garrison; And Canine Companion: Lacey.

He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends, including: Chuck Falk and Linda Meyer, and Janine and Helen Bergeon.

Tony was preceded in death by: His Mother-in-law: Della Garrison; Brother: Michael Michalski; and Sister: Debbie Cummings.

Memorial Services were held on Monday (April 17, 2017) at 7:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Pastor Richard York officiated. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in the Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.

Visitation took place on Monday (April 17) at the Suchon Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Tony’s name.
