Eggert finished 3-0 in the tournament, capped off by a 6-3, 6-1 win over a West Bend East opponent. Eggert won all of his matches in straight sets.

The Panthers placed fifth in the eight-team tourney with 28 points. West Bend East won the championship with 48 and Kimberly took second with 39.

PHS had three fourth-place finishers – Gavin Binversie at No. 1 singles, Colin Roth and Drew Schmitt at No. 1 doubles, and Ben Picard and Asher Marcum, No. 3 doubles.

Binversie pulled his achilles tendon in the second set of the semifinals against a West Bend East player but was able to finish the match which he lost 7-5, 5-7, 9-11 (match tiebreaker). Binversie was held out of the third-place match as a precaution because he wasn’t at full strength after the injury.

Winning consolationbracket titles for PHS were Cedric Schamberger at No. 2 singles and the No. 2 doubles team of Mason Dale and Taylor Hau.
