HARRY DAVIS CZARNIECKI JR.

Harry Davis Czarniecki Jr., age 76, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday morning (May 23, 2017).

He was born in Plymouth on August 18, 1940, son of the late Harry Sr. and Bernice (Brickner) Czarniecki.

Harry graduated from Plymouth High School in 1958. Following High School, he served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1964.

On April 28, 1962, he married La- Verne Krueger at St. Fridolin’s Catholic Church in Glenbeulah.

Harry was an over-the-road truck driver and enjoyed his many years at Sargento. The favorite time of his career was when he “retired” and was able to drive part-time.

He enjoyed hunting with his dad in Montana, visited South Dakota with grandkids, and also loved deer hunting with his best friend Marvin Daniels and his son and son-in-laws in the Blue Hills. He also enjoyed his Las Vegas trips with LaVerne, along with many other casino visits.

He loved country cruising and taking in the sights, either on his Harley or in his truck with his dog. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his loving children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include: His loving wife of 55 years: LaVerne; Three children: Lynn (Greg) Zastrow of Plymouth, Tim Czarniecki of Random Lake, and Ronda Kasten of Plymouth; Seven grandchildren: Ryan Ausloos (fiancée: Lauren), Brittney (Joe) Coffee, Brad Kasten (fiancée: MacKayla), Kyle Kasten, Alex Zastrow, Tyler Zastrow, and Tim Czarniecki Jr.; Two great-grandchildren: Mason and Tyler.

He is further survived by: Seven sisters-in-law: Lorraine Stahl, Bernice Wallace, Marilyn (Jim) Carpenter, Irene Boeslager, Geraldine Dessloch, Barb (Lee) Pozun, and Linda Krueger; One brother-in-law: Russell

Krueger; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Harry was preceded in death by: His parents; One infant daughter; Two brothers: Gene and Paul Czarniecki; Father and mother-in-law: Dan and Olive Krueger; Five brothers-in-law: Milton Krueger, Daniel Krueger Sr., Vernon Wallace, Jack Boeslager, and LeRoy Stahl; and His best friend and hunting partner: Marvin Daniels.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday (May 26, 2017) at 11:00 A.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Rev. Alan Kretschmar, Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, will officiate. The Plymouth VFW World Cheese Center Post 5612 will conduct military rites at the funeral home following the services

Visitation will take place at the Suchon Funeral Home on Friday (May 26) from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Harry’s name for the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
