One killed in town Falls crash

A 55-year-old town of Sheboygan man was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of County C and TT in the town of Sheboygan Falls.

The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department received the 911 call reporting the crash at 7:15 a.m.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, a semi-tractor was southbound on County TT and an SUV was westbound on County C. The semi–tractor failed to yield from the stop sign, pulling into the path of the SUV.

Thomas H. Brass, 55, of the town of Sheboygan, was the driver and only occupant of the SUV. He died at the scene as a result of injuries sustained.

Kevin W. Collard, 50, Sheboygan Falls, the operator and only occupant of the semi-tractor, was not injured.

The Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Wisconsin State Patrol, Town of Sheboygan Falls First Responders, Orange Cross Ambulance, Town of Sheboygan Falls Constable, the Sheboygan Falls Police Deparetment, Sheboygan County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Sheboygan County Highway Department.

The accident remains under investigation. The Wisconsin State Patrol Reconstruction Team is working with the Sheriff’s Department.
