Waelderhaus to host Keep Little Co. presentation of Midsummer Night’s Dream

Kohler Foundation is pleased to present Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Waelderhaus in Kohler on August 5th and 6th. The Minneapolis-based acting troupe is called “The Keep Little Company,” and is a cast of seven that focuses on per- forming theatre-in the round and making Shakespeare direct, approachable, and most importantly, funny. This show takes the audience in deep with Shakespeare’s zany characters as they confront both heartbreak and hijinks, love potions and laughing fits.

Kohler High School graduate Lily Hart founded the company with friend Fiona Lotti, and Ms. Hart now produces and acts with the company. This fledgling company was born from the desire of its two founders to make people laugh with something they’ve always found hilarious - Shakespeare. They will perform A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Waelderhaus in Kohler on Saturday, August 5th at 7:30 PM and Sunday, August 6th at 2:00 PM. Admission is free but seats can be reserved by calling Kohler Foundation at 920-458- 1972. Donations are accepted for “The Keep Little Company”.

The Waelderhaus is an historic home managed by Kohler Foundation and offers an array of unique cultural events throughout the year. It is located at 1100 W Riverside Dr., Kohler, and is open daily (except holidays) to the public for guided tours at 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM, free of charge.
