Police Report

Adam Kappahn, 24, of Sheboygan Falls is facing his third operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated charge and failure to keep a vehicle under control after crashing on County M between Plymouth and Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday, Aug. 22.

According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, Kappahn was taken by Flight for Life to Theda Clark Hospital. Kappahn was also reported involved in a domestic incident with his girlfriend prior to the crash.

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department responded to a traffic accident at the corner of Monroe and Poplar Streets last week.

SFPD officers are investigating a report of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult male was taken into custody on a probation violation and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center, after SFPD officers responded to a trespassing complaint in the 600 block of Old County Road PP

Two adult females received warnings for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Walnut Street.

SFPD officers mediated a civil dispute over services rendered in the 300 block of Range Line Road.

An adult male received a citation for illegal dumping-use of municipal waste disposal site in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

SFPD officers investigated a traffic accident in the 200 block of Settlers Trail.

Officers with the SFPD are investigating a dog bite in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

An adult male was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct domestic violence related, following an alleged physical disturbance in the 200 block of Leavens Avenue.

SFPD officers investigated a hit-and-run traffic accident in the 700 block of County PP.

Officers with the SFPD responded to a landlord-tenant dispute in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

SFPD officers responded to a trespass to a dwelling complaint in the 700 block of Woodview Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a report of a missing person in the 200 block of Haven Drive.

The individual was eventually located and reunited with family members.

SFPD officers assisted with a civil dispute over property in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

***

Officers with the SFPD responded to a verbal dispute in the 500 block of Leavens Avenue.

***

An adult female was arrested for possession of THC (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.
