Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State 23 and County TT last week.

Charges are pending against an adult male.

An adult male was arrested and jailed for felony possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and had an active warrant for his arrest, following a suspicious complaint in the 400 block of Monroe Street.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with an investigated inn the 600 block of David Avenue.

Several subjects were warned and advised to leave an establishment, following a disturbance in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

Treyton J. Manning, 19, of Waldo was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver THC (marijuana), felony maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor bail jumping in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The Class H felony possession with intent to deliver THC charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony maintaining a drug trafficking charge carries a fine of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Taylor Jeffrey Smith, 21, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor possession of THC (marijuana) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The misdemeanor possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or six months in prison, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or 30 days in prison, or both, if convicted.
