Robert M. “Bob” Gannon, 68, of Plymouth, WI, passed away early Sunday morning (September 17, 2017) at his home.

He was born on September 2, 1949 in Fond du Lac, WI, a son of the late Jessie (nee Ward) and Robert J. Gannon.

He attended St. John the Baptist Parochial Grade School and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1967.

Bob worked at S & R Cheese Company for 25 years and for over 15 years at Domino’s Pizza as a delivery driver. He also enjoyed being a crossing guard at Horizon School for many years.

He married Alice Suhrcke in Plymouth. She preceded him in death on October 13, 2012.

Bob was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth and served as an usher in the church, taught Sunday school and also conducted services on Sunday at the Westward Ho Campgrounds for many years.

He enjoyed reading and spending time with his loving grandson.

Survivors include his daughter: Ardis Mani of Plymouth; Grandson: Jeremy Worden of Plymouth; One sister: Patricia (Karl) Karnitz of Plymouth; One brother: Charles Gannon of Sheboygan; and His feline companion: Bear.

He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents; Wife: Alice; and One brother: John Gannon.

Following Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or services.

A memorial fund is being established in Bob’s name.
