Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 300 block of Buffalo Street last week.

An adult male was arrested and jailed for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a drug complaint in the 200 block of Shelly Drive.

Two adults were warned for disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Broadway Street.

SFPD officers investigated a fraud complaint in the 300 block of Buffalo Street. ***

Officers with the SFPD checked the welfare of an adult female in the 100 block of School Street.

Officers with the SFPD placed an adult male subject in custody on a warrant in the 200 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult male was arrested and jailed on a probation violation, following a traffic accident at the corner of State 28 and Broadway Street.

An adult male was warned for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 400 block of Broadway Street.

An adult female was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-second offense in the 1000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

An adult male was arrested and jailed for possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation in the 400 block of Forest Boulevard.

Adam J. Kapphahn, 34, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony strangulation and suffocation-domestic abuse, felony operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle-third offense while intoxicated in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Friday, Sept. 15.

The charges stem from an incident in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Aug. 22.

The Class H felony strangulation and suffocation-domestic abuse and operating a motor vehicle without without owner's consent charge each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated third offense charge carries a fine of not less than $600 or more than $2,000 and imprisonment of not less than 45 days or more than two years in the county jail.
