Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department responded to a two-vehicle traffic accident in the 1100 block of Plankview Green Boulevard last week.

An adult female received a warning for disorderly conduct, following a loud noise complaint in the 600 block of Monroe Street

An adult male was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of a schedule I drug at the intersection of State 32 and State 28.

Scott J. Hepp, 53, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony fourth offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Oct. 23.

The charges stem from a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Sunday, Oct. 22.

The Class H felony fourth offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license charge carries a fine of not more than $2,500, or imprisonment of not more than one year in the county jail, or both, if convicted.

SFPD officers investigated a fraud complaint in the 700 block of Richardson Avenue.

An adult male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of Chicago Street.

The man was also on probation. The Department of Corrections was contacted and a hold was placed on the man.

A second adult male was arrested for possession of THC (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule drug.

Both parties were transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center.
