Welcome 2018 Cheese style

As it has every year since 2008, the Plymouth Arts Center brought in the new year Sunday night with their annual Cheese Drop. Bitter cold temperatures forced most of the fun - and revelry - inside, but it couldn’t stop the traditional dropping of the cheese by Plymouth Fire Department members in the parking lot outside the center. The drop took place at 10 p.m. to allow families with young children to join in the chilly countdown. Inside, there were refreshments to enjoy and live music from three different groups to dance to and enjoy while ringing in the new year.
