Lautenschlaeger was named to the All-East Central Conference first team each of the past two seasons and was a unanimous selection as a sophomore. He helped lead the Panthers to a berth in the Division 3 state tournament and their third straight ECC championship last season.

Lautenschlaeger was voted the Panthers’ Most Valuable Player last season. He led PHS in goals with 20 and had five assists. Lautenschlaeger totaled a team-high 45 points (two points per goal and one per assist).

“Clayton is quick and talented and his decision-making on the field is almost impeccable,” said PHS head coach Rommy Herrera.

“He has been our top scorer for the last two years. He has been in the top-three players in our conference the last two years.”

Junior midfielder Ben Herold of Kohler earned All-State Honorable Mention. Herold was a unanimous All-Big East Conference first-team pick in 2017. Kohler won the BEC title and was a D-4 state qualifier.
