Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department issued a warning to an adult male for burning of materials in the 200 block of Auburn Drive.

An adult male received a warning for disorderly conduct, following a verbal disturbance in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

***

An adult female was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Sheboygan County Jail, following a physical disturbance in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

Additionally, the adult female was also on probation. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections was contacted and a probation hold was placed.

An adult female received a warning for care, custody and control of an animal in the 400 block of Madison Street, following a report of a dog running loose throughout the area in the 400 block of Madison Street.

Officers with the SFPD responded to a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of Forest Boulevard.

***

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with an investigation in the 100 block of Evans Court.

An adult male received a warning for care, custody and control of an animal, following a dog bite complaint in the 200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

SFPD officers investigated a suspicious complaint in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

***

Officers with the SFPD investigated a theft complaint in the 200 block of Haven Drive.

***

An adult male and adult female each received warnings for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

An adult male was arrested for possession of THC (marijuana), during a traffic stop at the intersection of State 32 and State 28.

***

SFPD officers stood by as peace officers while property was exchanged at a residence in the 200 block of North Main Street.

***

An adult male received a warning for having a dog in a park in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

***

An adult female received a warning for disorderly conduct, following a loud music complaint in the 400 block of Madison Street.

***

SFPD officers responded to a verbal disturbance complaint in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

***

An adult male wand adult female received a warning for illegal burning in the 100 block of Summer Street.

***

An adult female received a warning for in park after hours in the 300 block of Broadway Street.

An adult male was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and transported to The Sheboygan County Detention Center at the corner of Old County Road PP and Big Bend Lane.

Nathaniel A. McCranie, 31, of Plymouth as charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, March 26.

The incident stems from a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Friday, March 23.

The Class I felony possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance charges each carrie a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked charge carries a fine of not more than $2,500, or imprisonment of not more than one year in the county jail, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

Joshua Justin Clement, 38, of Waldo was charged with felony repeated sexual assault of a child in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Monday, April 2.

The charges stem from an alleged series of sexual encounters Clement had with his girlfriend’s 10-year-old daughter over the course of the past five years.

The Class B felony repeated sexual assault of a child charge carries a term of imrpisonment not to exceed 60 days, if convicted.

Upon conviction, the state would seek to place Clement on lifetime supervision and a bifurcated sentence of at least 25 years in prison.
