Ribbon cutting at Cheese Counter



The Plymouth Cheese Counter & Dairy Heritage Center held their ribbon cutting ceremony and open house earlier this month. Cutting the ribbon is Lee Gentine, Redevelopment Authority chairman (RDA), who led the project. Along with him are Sue Barth, general manager for the Cheese Counter; Brian Yerges, Plymouth city administrator; project architect Mark Pfaller; and Randy Schwoerer, project manager, along with representatives from Plymouth cheese companies Sargento, Sartori, Masters Gallery Foods and Great Lakes Cheese, Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, special guests and fellow chamber members. The Plymouth Cheese Counter & Dairy Heritage Center is located in historic downtown Plymouth at 133 E.
