Resorters tumble to Falcons in BEC play

The Falcons, in the BEC large-school division, were led at the plate by Jonah Tenpas with three hits, followed by Garret Rau with two. Rau, Tenpas and Brandon Senglaub had a team-high two RBIs each.

Elkhart didn’t have any batters with multiple hits.

Peyton Luecke was the winning pitcher with a four hitter. He fanned six and walked none.

Ransom Yasko was the losing hurler.

KIEL, RL GAMES

In other recent games for the Resorters, they lost at Kiel, 19-0, on Monday and 26-1 at home against Random Lake May 31. Both games were in league play.

Lucas Schema earned the win.

Michael Endries led the Raiders in hits with three and RBIs, four. Elkhart managed only one hit versus Random Lake – a single by Taylor Cain.

Blake Hall and Tyler Landgraf paced Random Lake in hits with three each. Scott Paulus was the winning hurler.
