Robert M. Kocovsky, 51, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Wednesday, July 11.

The Class I felony possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and sixth months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

Ellen M. Edwards, 57, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Wednesday, July 11.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.
