President Ericka Brown called the Madison All-Star 4-Club’s June meeting to order at 7 p.m.

The American Pledge was led by Sebastain Bayer, and the 4-H Pledge was led by Paige Daniels.

This month’s roll call question was “What is your favorite summer activity?”

Kennedy Theobald read the May minutes for the secretary report. Kurt Theobald told the club balance in the checking account. There was nothing to report for Sunshine Committee.

The Bayer family sent a thank you for the memorial card, and the 4-H Eagles sent a thank you for the donation for the family in Plymouth.

The monthly speeches were done by Sophia Houwers and her pet turtle, Sheldon.

Another speech was done by Adam Mecheniech and he talked about his horse.

Nancy Brown reported that the first Adopt-a-Highway event would be on June 23.

Bennet Stemper reported that they held an Adopt-A-Mile project on May 26 and the next one will be on June 23.

Rose Myszewski told the club that they set up a window display at Depke’s Shoe Store, and the display will be there until June 17.

Braeden Albrecht reported that in June they will be serving ice cream to the residents at Pine Haven on every Wednesday.

Rose Myszewski reported that there is no set date for blanket making for the We Believe Foundation.

Greta Debbink reported that they had the club’s first softball practice and had a good turn out and all club members are welcome to participate in softball.

Skye Holtz reported that they planted flowers in front of the fire department. Nathaniel Otte reported that the club trip will be on Aug. 4 to tour the capitol, go to the zoo and have dinner at Pizza Ranch.

Nancy Brown reported that all record books were turned in and they were happy that everyone had met their goal.

Greta Debbink reported that the club picnic will be on July 10 at 6 p.m. Everyone should bring a dish to pass and the meeting will follow.

There was a guest speaker from Project Angel Hugs, who spoke to the club about their organization and followed with a craft project with the 4-H members.

The meeting ended with the leaders report and announcements.
