The American Club Resort Rolls into its Second Century

The American Club in Kohler celebrated its Centennial Sunday with a parade, ice cream social and live entertainment. Executive Chairman Herb Kohler made remarks on the front lawn and the evening concluded with Emmyaward winner Amy Grant and fireworks over Ravine Park. The American club opened in 1918 as a dormitory for immigrant workers and continues its tradition of gracious hospitality today, as a five-diamond, five-star destination.
