Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a complaint of an underage drinking party in the 500 block of Hickory Street last week.

Three subjects were issued citations.

SFPD officers investigated a theft in the block of 1 Long Drive.

Officers with the SFPD received a report of a suspicious male carrying a shotgun while walking at the corner of North Main Street and Willow Drive.

The man was located and found to be holding an umbrella.

An adult female was cited for inattentive driving, following a two-vehicle traffic crash at the corner of North Main Street and Willow Drive.

Two subjects were transported by EMS staff for injuries sustained in the crash.

SFPD officers investigated a verbal disturbance in the 600 block of Leavens Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a car versus bike traffic crash at the corner of Monroe Street and Water Street.

The driver of the car was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with taking a subject into custody in the 500 block of Madison Street.

***

An adult male was cited for illegal dumping in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

***

SFPD officers conducted a field interview with a suspicious subject in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

***

Officers with the SFPD responded to a report of a building fire in the 600 block of Broadway Street.

The report proved to be unfounded.

An adult male was cited for illegal dumping in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

SFPD officers investigated a theft in the 500 block of Pine Street.

Officers with the SFPD responded to a report of a group of loud people out of a tavern in the 200 block of Pine Street.

An adult male was arrested on a charge of burglary in the 300 block of Water Street.

***

SFPD officers responded to a complaint of loud music for a parked vehicle in the 400 block of Madison Street.

***

Officers with the SFPD responded to a report of gun shots heard in the 900 block of Huron Trail.

Upon investigation, it was determined that a transformer had blown causing the noise.

SFPD officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle in the ditch at the corner of Fond du Lac Avenue and Leavens Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department with looking for an erratic driver at the corner of State 23 and County TT.

***

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan Police Department as they made contact with a theft suspect in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

***

An adult female was found laying in a yard, following a report of a highly intoxicated female subject walking up to houses in the 500 block of Pine Street.

The woman was taken from the home by a responsible party.

An adult female was cited for an over serving liquor law violation in the 200 block of Pine Street.

***

SFPD officers assisted the Kohler Police Department with an alarm in the 4000 block of State 28.

Valarie Kay Jacobs, 38, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony manufacture and delivery of heroin and felony second degree endangering safety in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The charges stem from a call placed to the Sheboygan Police Department on Monday, Aug. 20.

The Class F felony manfucture and delivery of heroin charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, or imprisonment of not more than than 12 years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class G felony second degree recklessly endangering safety charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, or imprisonment of not more than 10 years, or both, if convicted.

Officers with the SFPD conducted 31 traffic stops, issuing 24 warnings and eight citations last week.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Squad responded to the following calls between Monday, Aug. 20 and Monday, Aug. 27.

* 1000 block of Acacia

* 500 block of Golden Oak

* 800 block of Settlers Lane

* Corner of North Main Street and Willow

* Corner of Monroe and Water streets

The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following calls between Monday, Aug. 20 and Monday, Aug. 27.

* 600 block of Broadway Street for a report of a fire, which turned out to be unfounded.

* 100 block of Lexington Court for a detector sounding in a residence.
