Falls Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department issued citations to Nicholas A. Lopez, 19, Shawn A. Neils, 20, Steven J. Arenz, 19, for firing projectiles.

The men were cited after a homeowner in the 700 block of Buffalo Street reported that his home was damaged with BBs at 3:30 a.m. last week.

A 63 year-old man was placed in jail for domestic abuse, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to dwelling, and two counts of intimidating victims after a disturbance in the 700 block of Old County Road PP.

SFPD officers assisted a Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department deputy with locating a male driving a car along VanEngen Court.

The man’s car suffered extensive damage after it struck building in county.

SFPD officers assisted Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department deputy with locating a 31 year-old male in the 700 block of Acacia.

The man, who was wanted for a probation violation, was placed in jail.

Two adult males received warnings after they were observed engaging in a verbal dispute in the 100 block of Pine Street.

SFPD officers were called to investigate a report of underage drinking and drug use at a residence along County PP.

As the results of the investigation, Kyle M. Oetzel, 18, and Brittany M. Loften, 17, were issued citations for underage drinking.

Shane W. Myrick, 18, was cited for underage drinking and furnishing alcohol to minors. A juvenile female was also issued a citation for underage drinking and two juvenile males were arrested for drug possession.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a rollover accident at the intersection of State 23 and County TT.

The accident resulted in four injuries.

*** SFPD officers are investing the theft of money from a locker in the 200 block of Amherst Avenue.

Four juveniles were issued warnings for trespassing on a roof of a building in the 1000 block Fond du Lac Avenue.

*** James M. Billings, 31, was issued a citation for urinating off the Monroe Street Bridge. He was jailed for violating probation.

A 47-year-old man was arrested and jailed for punching a hole in a neighbor’s siding and striking a neighbor during a dispute in the 500 block of Sunset Maple.

Bruce E. Wright III, 18, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony physical abuse of a childintentionally cause of bodily harm Thursday, Aug. 5, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class H felony includes a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, of convicted.

*** Mark A. Katt, 51, issued a citation for illegal dumping at the city drop-off site.

An 18-year-old man was arrested and jailed for felony physical abuse of child after injuring a juvenile in an attack along Western Avenue.

SFPD officers responded to a report of a man driving a car into a building in the 1000 block of Falls Parc. The car suffered extensive damage.

The SFPD is investigating a report of criminal damage to a parked truck in the 600 block of Wilson Street.

*** A 30-year-old man wanted on a warrant was located in the 600 block of Wilson Street.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department in locating suspicious cars and people on State 32.

The individuals were warned and released.

Three adults were located and issued warnings for attempting to sell magazines without permits in River Oaks.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a disorderly conduct complaint and removed an individual from a residence in the 100 block of Redtail.

A 30-year-old man wanted on three arrests warrants from Green Bay was located during traffic stop and arrested at the intersection of Michigan Street and Fond du Lac Avenue.

*** SFPD officers are investigating a fraud complaint in the 600 block of Wilson Street.

*** A 22-year-old man received a warning for loud noise in the 500 block of Pine Street.

An SFPD officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 600 block of Dartmouth Drive.

An investigation resulted in the arrest of two 18-year-old men for underage drinking and drug possession. One man was also arrested for carrying concealed weapon

A homeowner in the 400 block of Washington Street reported criminal damage to property at night. Officers located three juveniles, who were issued citations

*** SFPD officers are investigating a theft complaint in the 600 block of North Main Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Kohler Police Department and the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a traffic stop that required assistance with the driver.

*** A 31-year-old man was issued warning for loud noise in the 600 block of Forest Boulevard.
