Sheriff’s Report – Sept. 27

A burglary was reported about 3:20 p.m. Sept. 22 by Paul Weiss of W6077 Brady Lane in the town of Rhine. Taken from the residence were 30 silver coins and prescription medication. A student, home ill from school, witnessed a person entering the home.

The driver of a 2002 Lincoln Navigator was involved in a roll-over accident Friday, Sept. 24, at about 2 p.m. in the town of Sheboygan Falls.

The Navigator, driven by Mumin Abd-Allah, 36, was eastbound on State 23 just west of Sunset Road when he experienced a rapid deflation of his rear passenger tire causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle entered the median and rolled over at least once ejecting Abd-Allah through the driver’s door window. He came to rest facing northwest in the passing lane of State 23. The vehicle came to rest facing northwest on State 23 just west of Sunset Road. Abd-Allah was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital via Orange Cross Ambulance and later to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life. Abd-Allah was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speed, no insurance and not wearing his seat belt.
